AMERICAN SAMOA SWAINS ISLAND group of three covers, each with island cachet in the top left corner, two addressed to USA are signed above cachet by A.E. Jennings, other to Pago Pago, signed Paul T. Diefenderfer, all three covers franked USA 2c stamps and cancelled at Pago Pago on 15th May 1931. Swains Island is an atoll in the Tokelau chain, culturally a part of Tokelau, it is administered by the United States as part of American Samoa.
