1944/1945, Sweden/Hungary, group of 5 protecting passports respectively legitimation documents for Jewish Refugees. Three items were raised by the Delegation of SWEDISH RED CROSS in Budapest Hungary, comprising a cased multilingual "SKYDDSBREV - OLTALOMLEVÉL - SCHUTZBRIEF" passport for a couple, further a multilingual (hungarian-french-russian) passport folder and a multlingual (hungarian-french-russian) passport letter-sheet, both provided to single women. The fourth item, a passport letter-sheet, was raised by the COMITATO D'AZIONE ITALIA LIBERIA in Budapest for a male person. All passports include photos of the passport-owners for authentication. The fifth item is a letter-sheet confirming the protecting status of a person, granted by Vatican State's Apostolic Nuncio in Budapest. Despite some traces of usage a group of EXCEPTIONALLY RARE HISTORIC DOCUMENTS!

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
