1918 GENERAL ISSUE SPECIALIZED COLLECTION A fascinating collection written- up and researched to a high standard on album pages with many mint blocks & complete panes with identification by pane number, state & position with a myriad of identifying transfer marks & plate flaws indicated and described, also individual stamps with similar information plus used examples with cancellations identified. Mostly imperforates but we do see the equivalent of around 10 perforated sets on thin & thick papers as used for paper money, incl plate flaws.
