1938. Envelope with crest on flap and letter headed 'Somaliland Camel Corps, British Somaliland via Aden' addressed to London bearing British Somaliland SG 95, 2a muroon tied by Berbera date stamp '8th July 1938’. The Somaliland Camel Corps had a total strength of 14 British Officers and the troops to ethnic Somalis. Humphrey French was the son of Major Herbert Cummins French and was attachd to ‘C Company’ at Burao and later at Berbara. A rare item with text from the Camel Corps.

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
