1898, 5 cts. on 1 real of Spanish West Indies without wmk, a pair, one with surcharge inverted, canc. with ink-cross and blue postmark "CORREOS / 21 (NOV) 98 UNION", on reverse Manila 12 DEC arrival, also handwritten violet reception note of addressee dated same. Three insect holes not affecting stamps, cover vertical crease. Very rare. ÷ 1898, 5 cts. sobre 1 real de Antilla sin filigrana, un par, uno con recargo invertido,obl. con cruz de tinta y matasellos azul "CORREOS / 21 (NOV) 98 UNION", en el reverso Manila 12 DEC llegada, también a mano violeta nota de recepción del destinatario con fecha de la misma. Tres agujeros de insectos que no afectan a los sellos. Pliegue vertical del sobre. Rarisima.

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
