FORCES AIR LETTERS COLLECTION 1941 to circa 1969, unused (unless stated otherwise), includes group of "I.A.F.F.-1083 Blue Triangle" air letters without stamp impressions, 1941 1½a deep purple on brown paper, continues with "I.A.F.F.-1083 FORCES LETTER" for use by members of the armed forces from 1954 dark blue on greyish paper (Kessler 102, 102a) with several used examples and "SPECIMEN" overprints, "United Nations Emergency Force" ovpt, "I.A.F.F.-1112 GREEN ENVELOPE" number of different types incl. some used, three different types ovptd "SPECIMEN," then group of "I.A.F.F.-1083 FORCES LETTER" in pink, number of different types, several overprinted "Seasons' Greetings" or "FIFTH ANNIVERSARY" or "FARE WELL TO DAPS" plus several with pictures printed inside the letter.
