A nearly complete mint collection of the "TAXE" handstamped issues begins with the 1908 set (ex 3.50f value), the 10f with removed manuscript cancel, the 1f both colours each without gum; 1909 handstamped "Congo Belge" set complete, the 10f without gum; 1909 overprinted set complete with the 40c, 50c, 1f & 10f values without gum; 1909, 1910 & 1915 sets complete, 1921 most surcharges, and finally the 1923 set complete.
