1942 KGVI definitive 1c black and chocolate-brown, SG 131a, never hinged mint BLOCK OF TWENTY (the bottom two rows of sheet with full margins showing frame plate 2-2 and centre plate 4A), the lower stamp in the sixth vertical row with "A" of "CA" missing from watermark, SG 131ab. The block also contains the "retouched value tablet" variety, SG 131ad (upper stamp in the sixth vertical row). Lovely display item!
