Note 1881 surcharges set and UPU set, 1897 Exposition complete set mint (75c no gum), plus 1c on 12c inverted surcharge, good 1898 surcharges, then virtually complete for Postage issues 1900-1955, useful later mint sets, plus Officials and Postal Tax.
