1846-1920 POSTAGE DUE AND TAX MARKINGS ON COVERS & CARDS COLLECTION a most interesting group with 1846 hand struck "2" in red, 1848 "1d" in red and Leeds cds alongside, 1892 envelope London to Canada with 2½d Jubilee and 1899 ½d postal card to Canada each showing octagonal "T25" or "T5", 1896 envelope from USA to Scotland with "T1/15" and "3D F.B.", 1904 postcard from Switzerland with Crewe Station cds and "3D I.S.D." cachet, 1915 postcard from France with hexagonal "T/15" and "3D F.B.B.", 1904-05 postcards with framed "Liable to letter rate", "Exceeds limits of size", "Contrary to Regulations" and various Due markings (one on a nice cloth teddy bear card) etc, lovely quality of strikes.
