1947 (Dec 8), PAKISTANI ADMIN.: Small piece bearing India 1940-43 KGVI. ½a, 1a and 2a all tied by two fine strikes of ''MUSCAT/8 DEC 47'' cds (Donaldson #14A). Top left corner perf of the ½a missing otherwise fine. Very scarce usage - Muscat came under Pakistan control from Aug 1947, and Indian stamps were only used until Dec 29th.
This Lot is under the margin tax system (§25a UStG). The VAT (MWSt) is not displayed seperate on the bill.

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
