Cancelled with AMSTERDAM datestamp, franking of 60 cent for second step of weight, on reverse transit EMMERICH / OBERHAUSEN and arrival. FINE AND VERY RARE, NO MORE THAN FOUR COVERS WITH 15 CENT IN BLOCK OF FOUR, AND THIS IS THE UNIQUE TO GERMANY. (NVPH 3b, +7500 Euros). Cert. VLEEMING. Ex-Berghuijs.
