1917-30 4a yellow-green (SG 41, Scott 17, Hellrigl 43f), Setting 11, third state, a COMPLETE SHEET OF 64 (partially reconstructed before being used) including inverted cliche (SG 41a, Sc 11a, Hellrigl 43g) in position 54, used with telegraphic cancels. The third state has the remarkable feature that position 56 is virtually a solid block of colour due to an unusually heavy impression.
