1933, Balbo Squadron Flight, 5.25l.+44.75l. "Servicio di Stato", se-tenant strip on registered airmail cover from Rome to Chicago, clearly oblit. by "CROCIERA AERA DEL DECENNALE ROMA FERROVIA 14.6.33", flight cachet and registration mark in red plus circular cachet "CROCIERA AERA DEL DECENNALE ITALIA-NORD AMERICA / GIUGNO 1933 XI" alongside, on reverse Chicago arrival mark "JUL 15 1933". Signed A.Diena, Bolaffi and certificate Bolaffi. Only 5.000 copies of the "Sevicio di Stato" tryptichon were issued and of that only 210 were used on cover (and this is one of 60 covers which were addressed to Colonello pilota Carlo Tempesti). AN ICONIC RARITY OF ITALIAN AND EUROPEAN AIRMAILS IN IMPRESSIVELY PRISTINE AND FLAWLESS QUALITY! Longhi 33 SAb, Sassone Servicio Aero 1/Aerogrammi GP34 - 26.250,- ?. ÷ 1933, Volo Balbo Squadron, "Servicio di Stato", 5.25 Lire + 44.75 Lire verde,rosso,viola e nero, Aerogramma diretto a Chicago, "CROCIERA AERA DEL DECENNALE ROMA FERROVIA 14.6.33", bollo di volo e marchio di immatricolazione in bollo rosso più "CROCIERA AERA DEL DECENNALE ITALIA-NORD AMERICA / GIUGNO 1933 XI" a fianco, sul retro di Chicago "15 LUGLIO 1933". Firmato A.Diena, Bolaffi e con certificato Bolaffi (1996). Furono rilasciate solo 5.000 esemplari del TRITTICI "Sevicio di Stato" e solo 210 furono utilizzate in lettere (e questa è una delle 60 lettere che furono indirizzate al Colonello pilota Carlo Tempesti).
