1882-1970 EXCELLENT COLLECTION WITH GOOD OFFICIALS A mint and used collection in an album which starts with 1934 re-engraved Seahorses 5s x3 and 10s x3 used with cds cancels, then continues with King George VI issues incl some high values in used blocks e.g. 1939-48 10s light blue block of six, plus £1 block of four, and 1948 £1 RSW block of four, 1951 Festival high value set very fine mint, pre-decimal QEII ranges to £1 mint, Postage Dues used range from 1914 onwards, then the best bit with a VERY GOOD OFFICIALS section which includes for example: "IR" 1882-1901 ½d green used, ½d slate-blue used, 2½d purple on blue mint, 1902-04 ½d and 1d mint, "OW" 1896-1902 ½d and 1d used, 1902-04 ½d and 1d used, "ARMY" 1896-1902 2½d and 6d mint, 1902-03 6d mint, "GOVT PARCELS" 1883-86 1s orange-brown used, 1897-90 set of four used, 1891-1900 4½d and 1s used, 1902 set of five used, "BOARD OF EDUCATION" 1902-04 ½d and 1d used, "ADMIRALTY" 1903 ½d, 1d, and 2½d mint, 2d and 3d used, plus 1903-04 ½d and 1d mint. The collection then continues further with a few QV Military Telegraphs, British Levant QV to KGVI range, Morocco Agencies incl 1899 5c and 10c "Broad Top" varieties mint in pair with normals, Spanish and French Currency issues, Ireland incl 1922 opts mint range to 5d and 6d, 1925-28 2s6d Seahorse used, plus a range of 1950's to 1960's Regionals, etc. Plenty of interest, the Officials alone cat over £4,400.
