1918 (11 May) registered env from the USA bearing 5c and 10c Presidents, endorsed "Found opened at Keetmanshoop" and closed using stamp selvage, then redirected to Karibib, and showing on the back a fine "WINDHUK R.L.S" transit cds in blue, Putzel type B11 oc, two different bilingual censor tapes (99 and 100), violet circular censor cachet (B 100) on front, plus two New York / Reg'd Foreign oval transits on the back.
