1943 1c orange Independence Day roulette perf (SG J85) slightly irregular unused block of 38 (a sheet with 2 stamps missing at the low- left corner) displaying numerous attempts to apply the problematic roulettes with 7 vertical lines of perfs being applied twice creating double perforations both side of most stamps which usually appear as pin-perfs as the roulette cutter was not effective, then also 3 horizontal rows are similarly affected leaving a number of stamps with doubled perforations on all 4 sides! Some minor peripheral faults but a fabulous exhibit item to illustrate the problems associated with with these perfs as mentioned in SG. Ex Meech.
