CAT £2000+ The 1897 (Mar)-98 Waterlow wmk Crown CA issue (SG 66-74b), an extensive assembly of used stamps with many different perforations & shades represented, also multiples and interesting cancellations. Briefly includes the ½d greens (55+) incl block 8 with Sombreiro River cds's, re-entries, compound perfs etc; 1d orange- vermilions (70+) incl many compound perfs, block four with Warri cancels, 2d lakes (25+) with reversed wmk variety SG 68x, block four with Sombreiro River cancels, used in Sierra Leone etc; 2½d blues (25+) with many shades, perf 15½-16, etc; 5d violets (x3) incl a compound perf, 6d yellow- browns (x15) various shades, cancels & perf variants; 1s blacks (x5); 2s6d olive- bistres (x3) with SG 73a & 73b (x3) & a 10s violets (this on piece).
