1915 UNISSUED IMPERF PROOFS An assembly of the 1915 "Presidents Palace" issue, with background of dots and without "1915" overprint, but with an "S" overprint instead, includes seven different postage values in issued colours to 100c, Scott 414 etc, with each in an imperf single and imperf block of four, plus a 100c Official value, as Scott O328, also as an imperf single and imperf block of four.
