SCADTA 1926 (9 Sep) printed matter airmail cover from Germany addressed to Cartagena, bearing Germany 5pf & 10pf and SCADTA 1923 10c with "A" consular overprint and scarce 1923 5c with smaller "A" overprint (Scott CLA34, this was a proof that was later put into service due to lack of 5c stamps) tied by "Gorlitz" air cds's, with "Par Avion / Barranquilla - Neiva" & "Mit Luftpost" labels & boxed "Cartagena" pmk alongside and "Cartagena" & large blue "Barranquilla" cds's and red "Mit Luftpost" cachet on reverse.
