1867 SS AUNIS PROVISIONAL POSTMARK: Envelope from Buenos Aires to Domodossola, ITALY franked by French Napoleon 1863 40c. orange strip of three tied by the diamond of 144 dots (12x12) mute cancel made and applied on board SS AUNIS, with doubly circled "BUENOS-AYRES PAQ. FR. K. No.1/12/JUIL/67" datestamp and boxed "PD" in red alongside, and on the reverse with transit and arrival datestamps. The cover was carried via Rio and by s/s "Navarre" to Bordeaux. A RARE POSTMARK ON AN ATTRACTIVE COVER. ÷ MARCA PROVISIONAL DEL PAQUETE AUNIS: Sobre de Buenos Aires, del 12 de julio 1867, a Domodossola, Italia. Francia 1863 40c. naranja tira de 3, con matasello mudo de 144 PUNTOS aplicado a bordo del Vapor AUNIS y fechador BUENOS-AYRES/PAQ. FR. K. N° 1 a Río y NAVARRE a Burdos con tránsitos y llegada. MUY RARO.

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
