En 1793 pour avoir manifesté mon attachement au Roy je failly être lanterné à Besançon; à l'armée je fut deux fois traduit en jgement pour le même motif.
Le 1er mai 1815 dans les 100 jours le préfet Bouvier Dumolard me dénonça aux Ministre comme un royaliste dangereux dont il fallait se défaire.
Le 27 juin 1815, j'ai refusé de marcher à l'armée de Napoléon avec ma troupe que je confiai au Gouvernement de la place de Toul afin qu'elle ne puisse se joindre aux partisans, j'ai ensuite réorganisé mon service dans quatre département; pour la cause du Roy.
Le 3 aout 1815 après avoir contribué à faire rendre à sa Majesté la place de Toul, j'ai au péril de ma vie soumis au Roy la garnison rebelle et la place forte de Phalsbourg. J'ai à la troupe fait arborer la cocarde et le drapeau blanc sur les tours et remparts de la place.
J'ai produit toutes les attestations des autorités civiles et militaires qui constatent ces faits
