I got this in Bulgaria, part of a color lot of old posters from the 1960s identifying some parts of Bulgarian history.
I'm not sure of the significance as Shipka was where Bulgaria obtained her freedom in 1878 after the Turks were defeated and Dobre Pole was where the Bulgarians were whipped so badly by the English and French that the soldiers revolted, in WWI. (which is what I'd do if beaten by a Frenchman)
In the center is a 1914 portrait of a Bulgarian general, no doubt famous there, kissing the flag.
25 x17, this had been stored for years, so with edgewear. On heavy card poster stock.
