These (I have a couple more) small 5 x7 writing pads were produced during the confirmation period of young Prince Simeon, the next heir to the crown. 1940. A few single sheets of writing paper, probably for children, and dim photo of the King, here with daughter Maria-Louisa.
Very nice royal collectible, Simeon is now ex-Prime Minister of Bulgaria, and in the process of getting back all the family property seized by the Communists.
