They are Public Phone Cards issued by China Tietong (CTT) in Hunan Province 2006, valid only in Hunan Province. Each set one card issued only 100pcs, but other cards were 1,000 cards printed. Hard to get complete set. Guarantee real phone cards of China. Used but GOOD at condition. Accept paypal (add $1.20 or euro 1 plus 5%).
