Hello, I am relatively new here and have made quite a few sales in a short amount of time. SOOOOOO much better than ebay. I love this site. I am wondering how long to wait for a payment after the first invoice before I should act. Also, what is the procedure for non payment of invoice on this site. I have looked around but cannot find any information.

Concerning waiting for payment I generally wait three days after sending an invoice, and if I have not heard from them by then I send a reminder. In that reminder I mention that if they are mailing the payment to me to please advise. If it turns out that they have, or intend to send payment by mail then I wait 7-10 days depending upon where they are from since mail from some countries takes longer.

As to what you should do if payment is not made, I would be interested in that myself since I am also fairly new, having come over from eBay, and have not yet had any non-payers.
