I logged into my account on friday and I saw that the OT where blocked. So I asked MB why. They told me that I have to verify my address and my identity. This is what I did. I uploaded an ID, and went to the mail center to see the letter they have sent me, and I verified my account. It's been nearly one week and I haven't got a response from them yet. Please help me. Thank You.
