And started to sell on Delcampe !!

I have been on the "other" site for years with the same ID, selling around 20,000 items and kept looking on this site with interest to selling a few Postcards, Coves and stamps

After listing a few in such little time and with such ease, I think I have made the mistake of leaving it so long !!

I will spend a couple of days listing and see how they go :pc_user2:

Fingers crossed

I think you won't miss "the other site". The only problem on Delcampe is, that after a while you'll get the impression that France is the middle of the universe.
When that happens: take a nice long vacation (far away from France) and when you get back, you'll see everything in the right perspective again!
Especially the French should do that more often!

Hi Karen,

Welcome to Delcampe. You'll find that this site is easier to use and the buyers are a tab more easy to work with than ebay.

We have only been on this site about 17 months. It has far exceeded my expectations.

Look in the Postcard Forum topics and you will find some articles written about how to sell here as well as some comparisons between selling here and on Ebay.

You'll need to be able to take Euros either by cash or bank to make your sales go up.

Try signing up for Moneybookers as well. 20.11% of my sales are paid by moneybooker accounts.

Another help is adding the "G" gold to your ID. It will help you get sales right away as it establishes you as a verified dealer/seller on this site. The gain far outstrips the small cost.

I have an unconditional refund policy here on this site. I have only used it 3 times out of 11,000 sales here.

If you need help, have a question, or just want to chat, Just give me an email.

Thanks Stefano !

I have signed up to Moneybookers this morning and I am just waiting for my account to get verified

I will sort out the Euro cash & cheques on my auctions now and I will take a look at the "G" gold bit in a bit

Things ARE a lot friendlieron here....not like the "other side" where sometimes you feel you are hammering your head against a brick wall :fight3:
