Is there sometimes on this forum who could helping me
to give the Scott cataloge number for this stamp of China swowed here below.
I have asked on the Belgian forum but nobody give me an answer.

Hello,
This stamp is not a chinese stamp but a stamp from North Korea. It is the number 12 in the french catalogue Yvert ( year : 1948). It's a good stamp!

what must be determined on this particular stamp, like some of the early PRC china issues, is it a reprint? as you can see from the image of the catalog, the value is affected greatly. and i hope things are going well for you. good to see you on the forum again mon ami. take care and visit with us again.
