when is this problem finally solved? Every month we pay delcampe fees for items that are not delivered !!!! We can not process orders if they are not transmitted electronically !!!! The problem is only recognized when the customer complains that he does not receive an invoice or further information about his order. The customer thinks we are the problem. This damages our reputation and Delcampe is responsible !!!!
