AIRCRAFT ARTWORK - preparatory pencil design of 1978 Ghana 60p stamp from "75th Anniversary of Powered Flight" issue (as SG 842), signed by artist Ian Thompson. It can be seen the original idea had the country name in lower case and the text was changed to "Airplane" on the issued stamps with the date added.
