This is a unique item from the Walsall Security Printers archival material, an essay, handdrawn by George Bennett, stamp designer and artist, for Tonga 1996 Year 2000 Millenium issue. Also incorporates hand written notes from the artist to the consultants. The drawing shows what could be done for the upcoming Tonga Towards 2000 issue, the artist draws father time on a typical Tongan beach. The note says "something like this?". Also signed at the side by the artist, who is now quite famous in his own right, doing many modern designs for Fiji stamps. Original and nice exhibit item.

This item is of course unique and is not a copy or a print.

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

Australia Post SMALL international registration envelope - 10.00 euros - used for smaller items and smaller covers.

Australia Post LARGE international registration envelope - 16.00 euros - used for larger items and larger covers. NOTE there is no tracking with registered letters. Tracking costs a little bit more.

On certain occasions if large total is purchased, tracking may be required and I will advise the cost - currently it is 21.00 euros

NOTE - IMPORTANT - WHEN REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY

Registration fee MUST be paid when:-

1. Total cost of items purchased is over 60 euros.
