As I have now listed many issues of Laos and Vietnam, I want to inform my buyers that
many stamp series from the 1960's, 1970's, 1980's and even 1990's was issued WITHOUT gum.
I will still use the term MNH ** for those stamps.
New postage fees for Kyrgyz Express Post!!
All orders are shipped as registered mail at a flat rate of $4.99
Please notice: There is no limit to the number of stamps in the SAME order and still at the same low rate of $4.99
Kyrgyz Express Post can NOT be combined with any other countries / Postal Authorities.
On all other orders: I do combine shipping, with no additional fees*
* ALL items below $2.- has a management fee of $0.25 on each item less than $2.-
All sales have a management fee of 7.5% of the total for each invoice.

RATES BELOW CAN DIFFER FOR SOME COUNTRIES!!
Shipping as a normal letter worldwide is $2.49 up to 20 grams.
Most of my items will be at this postage rate.
Registered mail costs $6-10.- additional and optional on small orders.
All orders over $29,99 it's required for security for both seller and buyer.
For certain countries registered mail is always required, as P.R. China, Eastern Europe
(incl. Russia, Ukraine, Baltics), Latin America, Africa, and Asia except Japan, South Korea and Thailand.
Please don't complain if the letter is lost or damaged if NOT sent by registered mail.
I always take pictures of all letters and packages at the post office after the post officer has stamped the letter or parcel or used ATM stamps that clearly show the date.
This is proof that the letter or parcel is sent. If the letter or parcel disappears in the post then it's at the buyer's risk (If NOT sent by registered mail)
I accept Paypal complaints only on REGISTERED MAIL, others will be denied.

Cash as banknotes in Dollars, Euro, Pound, Baht and other major currency. Please ask before send.
There will be a small fee for the exchange of cash money about 3%
