A hard-back published by C J Cousland & Sons Ltd. in 1952, measuring 165 x 230 mms, with 156 pages and 38 plates, internally clean, good wrapped covers, but no dust-jacket. It is also missing the front fly-leaf, so although there is no other evidence, it may be ex-library.

Postage as from June 2012: UK = £3.00, Europe = £7.50, RoW = £12.50.
