papier format 25 x 18 cm . le jour de nivôse n'est pas lisible ( 3 è ligne, page 32 - travail de mite ) . Les scans des premières pages permettent de connaitre les circonstances de cette affaire . Le document comporte 16 timbres rouges ( 1 par feuillet ) .L'ensemble est associé par une pointe métallique .. le cachet rouge ne comporte plus à la suite de " la Loi " , " le Roi ". Le cachet comporte une inscription peu lisible " département de la corrèze " .
