4 - Refunds policy: All items offered as genuine unless described "As is". Lots with description mistakes can also be returned. No lots can be returned because of faults that are mentioned or visible from the scan. Lots that contain many items (e.g. Collections, accumulations, lots of 10 or more covers) are not returnable.
5 - FOR THE COUNTRIES OF THE FORMER EAST BLOCK, ALL POSTAL SHIPPING MUST BE REGISTERED. OTHERWISE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I always advice to ship by registered airmail because it is tracked and safe. Feel free
to ask me to change the shipping cost accordingly. You can ask to change a priority
shipping with a registered shipping and vice versa.
