By the Agreement Commission appointed for this purpose, the negotiation of the Interprovincial Collective Labor Agreement of the Company "Hispano Olivetti, S. A.», recibido en esta Dirección General de Trabajo, con fecha 30 de marzo de 1982. suscrito por la representación económica y por la representación social de las mencionadas Empresas el día 9 de marzo de 1982, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en ei artículo 90.2 y 3 de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, y el artículo 2 ° del Real Decreto 1040/1981, de 22 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo, esta Dirección Generai acuerda: Primero.—Ordenar su inscripción en el Registro de Convenios de esta Dirección General, con notificación a la Comisión Negociadora. El personal de nuevo Ingreso disfrutará de los beneficios resultantes del presente Convenio. 3.° Plazo de vigencia y prórrogas—Entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el «Boletín Oficial del Estado», surtiendo, no obstante, efectos económicos a partir del día 1 de enero de 1981 y finalizando el 31 de diciembre de 1982 la vigencia del Convenio, salvo en lo relativo a la duración de la jomada continuada y á la revisión de la subvención para comida, que se regirán por lo establecido en los pactos 6.2 y 7.5 de este Convenio respectivamente. Podrá prorrogarse de año en año, salvo aviso y denuncia en forma por una de las dos partes. 4.° Compensación y absorción.—En materia de compensación y absorción de condiciones pactadas regirán las normas Ilegales establecidas al efecto. Habida cuenta de la naturaleza del Convenio, las disposiciones legales futuras que impliquen variación económica en todos o algunos de los conceptos existentes o creación de otros nuevos, únicamente tendrán eficacia práctica si, considerados globalmente y sumados a los vigentes con anterioridad al Convenio, superan el nivel total de éste. En caso contrario, se considerarán absorbidos y compensados por las mejoras pactadas en este Convenio y Convenios precedentes. 5.° Comisión de Vigilancia.—La Comisión de Vigilancia estará compuesta por las siguientes personas: Representación social: «Hispano Olivetti, S. A » (Fábrica): Don José Rubio Cid. «Hispano Olivetti, S. A.» (Comercial). Don Antonio Ruiz Martínez. «Rápida, S. A.»: Don Francisco Moscatel Bardina. Rlepresentación económica: «Hispano Olivetti. S. A.»: Don Enrique García de Arboleya Cervera, don Nemesio Moretón López. «Rápida, S. A.»: Don Enrique Braune de Mendoza. SECCION SEGUNDA 6.° Jornada anual. 6.1. La jornada anual será de mil ochocientas ochenta horas de trabajo efectivo, computados tres días de vacaciones complementarias. 6.2. En 1982 habrá cuarenta y cinco días laborables de jornada continuada, que se reducirán a cuarenta días laborables en 1983. El horario de trabajo será de ocho a quince horas. En 1982 la jomada continuada se iniciará el día 14 de junio. En 1983 la jomada continuada se iniciará el día 20 de junio, con el mismo horario. 7.° Horarios de trabajo. 7.1. Durante 1982 los horarios de los distintos Centros de Trabajo de las Empresas afectadas por este Convenio serán loa que constan en el cuadro anexo número 1. 7.2. El personal de Casa Central en Madrid, que este año disfrutará los días de jornada continuada establecidos en este Convenio, deberá recuperar ias horas necesarias para que el cómputo anual de su jomada sea de mil ochocientas ochenta horas de trabajo eféctivo; por consiguiente, a partir del día 1 de mayo próximo y durante, un período de cincuenta y tres días laborables, excluidos los cuarenta y cinco días de jomada continuada, su horario será de ocho horas a dieciocho Horas, con una hora para comer, en lugar del indicado en el cuadro de horarios a ciue hace referencia el punto anterior. 7.3. Continuará con el servicio de comedor de que dispone actualmente el personal de los siguientes Centros de Trabajo de Barcelona: — Casa Central «Hispano Olivetti, S. A.», Ronda Universidad. — Casa Central «Hispano Olivetti, S. A », calle Avila. — Casa Central «Hispano Olivetti, S. A.», calle Llacuna. — Dirección Sistemas Informativos. Tienda «Hispano Olivetti, S. A.» Ronda Universidad. — «Rápida, S. A.», Rambla de Cataluña. — Personal del taller Interno de «Hispano Olivetti, S. A., Calle Llacuna, relacionado en el anexo número 2. — Personal de «Hispano Olivetti, S. A », Fábrica. 7.4. El personal que actualmente presta sus servicios en el Centro de Trabajo de Valentín Beato de Madrid podrá utilizar el recinto del comedor en los términos estipulados en el acuerdo de 12 de febrero de 1982. 7.5. El personal de los restantes Centros de Trabajo, excepto el de Zaragoza, a partir de 1 de mayo próximo recibirá una subvención económica para comida por importe de 205 pesetas brutas por día. con exclusión de los dias de ausencia por cualquier motivo y siempre que no se tenga derecho a dieta de viaje ni se haga jomada continuada. Durante 1983 la subvención para comida será la que resulte de la revisión de este imp>ortp de 205 pesetas brutas, de acuerdo con lag previsiones de variación del índice de precios al consumo cue establezca la O. C. D. E. para 1983, efectuada en diciembre fe 1982. En años sucesivos se pactará en Convenio Ja revisión de esta subvención. Los horarios y la compensación económica que se pactan Conllevan la renuncia del personal a cualquier futura petición.
